If your application is successful, you acknowledge and confirm that:
• We will use the information you have provided to administer your application. We may request further evidence to verify the information given.
• You will list your event as part of the London Festival of Architecture website and festival listings by 7 March 2025.
• If you are part of an organisation, there needs to be at least two people on the organisation’s board or committee who are not related.
• You will spend the grant within the period of undertaking the project and keep records of any expenditure which will be supplied to us if requested.
• You will ensure that the project complies with all relevant legislation (including the Equality Act 2010), maintaining appropriate safeguarding measures and insurance for the project.
• It is a condition of funding that successful applicants comply with any statutory requirements relating to working with children and vulnerable adults, including valid DBS licenses
• The event will be delivered energy efficiently, where possible reducing carbon emissions, waste and reducing the environmental impact or transport use.
• The event will promote and encourage diversity and inclusion.
• The grant is a donation, and we are not liable for the consequences of its use. We reserve the right to reclaim any money which has been paid as the result of fraudulent or misleading claims.
• You will spend the grant within the period of undertaking the project and keep records of any expenditure which will be supplied to us if requested.
• You will acknowledge the fund and its funders on any publicity material you issue in relation to the work of this grant, following agreement from the council.
• We can publicise and share information about your project including images of project activities. You will let us know if you do not have permission for us to re-publish.
• Once you have delivered your project, an evaluation form will be completed and submitted within 2 weeks of the event.
• All projects must be delivered before 30 June 2025. An evaluation form will need to be completed and submitted within 2 weeks of your event.
